Rachel Paugh is the Owner of Liam’s Chance Behavioral Services, a Hi-5 ABA practice located in Front Royal, VA. “As the mother of an autistic child, I’m so very excited to be a resource to people in my area. I know when I was going through the process of his diagnosis and figuring out treatment I felt very much alone. My ultimate goal was to be a resource to families in the area going through similar struggles. I want people to know that they are not alone and that there is support out there for children and families that need it.”
Rachel received her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia. She began work as a behavior therapist in 2004 and worked several years in that capacity before earning her Master’s Degree in Education and certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from George Mason University in 2017. Rachel completed her practicum at the Aurora School in Leesburg as well as ABC Behavior, and became a BCBA in November of 2018.
Rachel serves families in Warren and Fauquier County.
