Rachel Paugh is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and the founder of Liam’s Chance Behavioral Services, a clinic located in Front Royal, VA. “As the mother of an autistic child, I’m so very excited to be a resource to people in my area. I know when I was going through the process of his diagnosis and figuring out treatment I felt very much alone. My ultimate goal was to be a resource to families in the area going through similar struggles. I want people to know that they are not alone and that there is support out there for children and families that need it.”
Rachel received her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Marymount University and began working as a behavior technician about twenty years ago. She received her Master’s Degree in Special Education and certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from George Mason University, and became board certified as a Behavior Analyst in 2018. Liam’s Chance was founded in 2019.
Morgan Meredith is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Clinical Director for Liam’s Chance Behavioral Services. Morgan is native of Front Royal and graduated from Skyline High School in 2018. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Special Education with a concentration on Adapted Curriculum from James Madison University and is a licensed teacher in the state of Virginia. She earned her masters degree in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis in May of 2024 and passed her BCBA exam in July.
Morgan used her expertise in the adapted curriculum to develop a social group curriculum that is similar to a public school preschool program. Morgan’s curriculum has been extremely successful in promoting school readiness skills in the preschoolers participating in the social group/school readiness program at Liam’s Chance.
Alexa Chittum is a Registered Behavior Technician and Clinical Coordinator for Liam’s Chance Behavioral Services. She recently moved to Front Royal and quickly discovered all of the great things it has to offer. Alexa received her Bachelor’s Degree in Developmental Psychology from Liberty University in 2021. She earned her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Mary Baldwin University in 2024. She is currently working towards sitting for my exam to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
